Overview
Located in Toledo, OH, ProMedica is a not-for-profit integrated healthcare organization that serves communities in 28 states with more than 56,000 employees, 13 hospitals and 2,100+ physicians.ProMedica engaged Laketec to migrate their existing RAP Wireless Mobility Controller configurations, migrate existing Remote Access Points to their new controllers and provide training for their new AOS 8.5 features. In an effort to establish remote users during the COVID-19 pandemic, we were quickly able to prioritize this upgrade to get them up and running.
With more than 4.7 million patient encounters, we were glad to work hand-in-hand with their IT staff to get the production RAP’s fully functional in under two weeks. We look forward to our continued partnership and assisting with their next project to upgrade their ClearPass.
