President – Joe Little

• Joe, an avid outdoorsman, became the President of Laketec in November 2023, succeeding his father, who retired after founding the company. Joe’s journey with Laketec began at the age of 7, spending summers and spring breaks working for the company. In 2007, he joined the team full-time, and has since risen to the position of President. Having grown up with the company, Joe feels grateful for the opportunity and is excited about leading Laketec into a future of continued growth and success.
• Fun Fact: Joe started a non-profit to provide adaptive technologies to children with Autism in honor of his son, Mack.

CTO & Director of Service – Ben Sterley

• Ben joined the team in 2008 as a lead technical resource and quickly demonstrated his ability to take complex technologies and communicate them in a consumable way. Today he is responsible for thoughtfully selecting the manufacturers we represent as well as leading the sales organization.
• Fun Fact: Ben is an avid fisherman who can often be found on a river in the metroparks at the crack of dawn, even in the winter months.

Director of Administration – Heather Mayer

• Heather Joined the Laketec Family in 2016 and has been an integral member of the Technology Leadership Team since 2018.  Her role has evolved substantially in her tenure with the company and she has risen to every challenge as we’ve grown and the demands have changed.  As the leader of our Administrative Team, Heather oversees Accounting and HR functions and also takes pride in working internally with our Laketec Culture Committee.

Director of Sales – Kelley Monasterio

• The newest member of Laketec’s Technology Leadership Team, Kelley joined Laketec in April 2024, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience building and scaling high performance teams that drive revenue and delight clients. Kelley is passionate about developing people and continuous improvement while carving time out to have some fun along the way.
• Fun Fact: Kelley has been riding motorcycles since age 5
