OverviewThe Toledo Clinic, located in Toledo, Ohio, is a multi-specialty medical clinic. Since their founding in 1926, their unique collaboration has allowed them to provide state-of-the-art healthcare, grow to 62 locations with over 265 physicians and more than 40 different specialties. They have satellite offices serving patients as far south as Findlay, Ohio, as far east as Fremont, Ohio and as far west as Defiance, Ohio. Their service area also reaches north into Monroe and Adrian, Michigan.
The Toledo Clinic selected Laketec to replace their Nortel phone system with an IP Office. Our hands-on install and training provided the doctors and staff with tranquility knowing that no matter the situation, Laketec was there to guide them through it. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the new phone system and features allowed their workers to transition remotely to work from home with little to no effort.

“The Toledo Clinic main campus IP Office implementation was a rewarding job for me. It was a pleasure working with the IT staff as a team to deploy new phones over the main campus, and approximately 40 separate practices/departments. Approximately 3 weeks after the installation our nation was hit with the COVID-19 outbreak. Instead of being overwhelmed by the pandemic, we quickly worked as a team to deploy a remote workforce which would not have been possible with the old phone system.”
