Euclid is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, suburb of Cleveland with a population of 45,000

The City of Euclid replaced an old Nortel Phone System with an Avaya IP Office Server Edition Phone System across 9 locations with embedded voicemail and Avaya Call Reporting. Laketec Voice Engineers provided training to employees across the City.

Laketec installed over 260 phones throughout 9 buildings. The phone system allows their remote workers to have business functionality even while working on the road or at their home office.
