Keystone Local School District located in LaGrange, Ohio serving over 1,500 students.
Keystone Schools desired to upgrade their wireless and switching infrastructure to handle the load of more and more devices being introduced to the network. Their infrastructure was aging, and they understood the need to future proof their network with enterprise level Aruba wireless to handle the load for years to come.
Keystone took advantage of the Aruba Instant wireless design which gives the district the financial advantage of not having to purchase a controller and support costs as well as the peace of mind the instant infrastructure provides with virtual controller redundancy.

Ashland University is a private university in Ashland, Ohio with an enrollment of over 5,500 students.
Ashland University came to Laketec with a wireless coverage problem in the Residence Halls.
According to a university survey, students were not happy with the wireless in the halls. Laketec helped Ashland design, implement, and manage an Aruba Wireless Solution to cover dead spots throughout each hall. This project included upgrading all the cable to the latest category to support the new AP’s.
Laketec installed and manages over 650 AP’s across 18 Residence Halls.

Euclid is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, suburb of Cleveland with a population of 45,000
The City of Euclid replaced an old Nortel Phone System with an Avaya IP Office Server Edition Phone System across 9 locations with embedded voicemail and Avaya Call Reporting. Laketec Voice Engineers provided training to employees across the City.
Laketec installed over 260 phones throughout 9 buildings. The phone system allows their remote workers to have business functionality even while working on the road or at their home office.
Coastal Pet Products, Inc. is the leading provider of collar and leash products for pets.
Laketec enabled both indoor and outdoor point to point Wireless for Coastal Pets 400,000 square foot manufacturing facility. It enables them to track their resources in real time throughout the facility and be able to predict business impacts before they happen.

Mars Electric is an independent, wholesale distributor of lighting, gear, and electrical supplies with 12 branches across Northeast Ohio.
Laketec was referred to Mars Electric through a very prominent customer. They had heard of our Aruba capabilities, and became one of our first Aruba Central customers. Mars Electric is able to have visibility and control of all 12 sites wireless deployments in real time from HQ, as well as utilizing features to track customer behavior and analytics.

Located in Toledo, OH, ProMedica is a not-for-profit integrated healthcare organization that serves communities in 28 states with more than 56,000 employees, 13 hospitals and 2,100+ physicians.
ProMedica engaged Laketec to migrate their existing RAP Wireless Mobility Controller configurations, migrate existing Remote Access Points to their new controllers and provide training for their new AOS 8.5 features. In an effort to establish remote users during the COVID-19 pandemic, we were quickly able to prioritize this upgrade to get them up and running.
With more than 4.7 million patient encounters, we were glad to work hand-in-hand with their IT staff to get the production RAP’s fully functional in under two weeks. We look forward to our continued partnership and assisting with their next project to upgrade their ClearPass.
The Toledo Clinic, located in Toledo, Ohio, is a multi-specialty medical clinic. Since their founding in 1926, their unique collaboration has allowed them to provide state-of-the-art healthcare, grow to 62 locations with over 265 physicians and more than 40 different specialties. They have satellite offices serving patients as far south as Findlay, Ohio, as far east as Fremont, Ohio and as far west as Defiance, Ohio. Their service area also reaches north into Monroe and Adrian, Michigan.
The Toledo Clinic selected Laketec to replace their Nortel phone system with an IP Office. Our hands-on install and training provided the doctors and staff with tranquility knowing that no matter the situation, Laketec was there to guide them through it. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the new phone system and features allowed their workers to transition remotely to work from home with little to no effort.
This install is a great example of working with numerous physicians and adapting to each of their specific office needs. As The Toledo Clinic continues to grow, Laketec is proud to be their partner.
Located in Greenville, OH, Wayne HealthCare has been a trusted friend in the community for nearly 100 years. They strive to deliver the best possible healthcare experience to their patients, maintaining the best nurse-to-patient rations in the region – with five patients to every nurse.
Wayne HealthCare engaged Laketec to perform their Aruba upgrade consisting of installing their Virtual Mobility Master in addition to upgrading their Mobility Controllers and AirWave to the latest version.
As they carry on the tradition of exceptional healthcare in the region, their newly improved and expanded facility is the latest incarnation of their desire to deliver the best possible care to the community, now and in years to come.
United Way of Greater Cleveland is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to building empathy for the profound needs of their community. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, they’re the largest private-sector funder of health and human services supported by volunteers.
United Way of Greater Cleveland joined forces with Laketec to assist with their wireless access move back to headquarters which consisted of re-configuring switches for security device connectivity along with connecting and migrating their Palo Alto, controller and core.
With their new wireless they’re able to provide a rapid response and deploy resources to nonprofit organizations serving their region by creating solutions that improve lives and their community.
Yellow Creek Animal Hospital is located in Bath, OH, and performs surgeries on-site including general, orthopedic, soft tissue, laparoscopic, backs/knees, ACL’s, hip replacement and more. Dr. John has followed in the footsteps of his dad, Dr. Terry Owen (who practiced in North Canton) and continues with skilled surgery, competitive pricing and compassion.
Yellow Creek Animal Hospital engaged Laketec to install a new Avaya IP Office Digital Phone System with Embedded Voicemail, including terminating all new cable jacks and installing wall rack mounts. Laketec provided hands-on training and worked with Dr. John and his office staff to meet their specific needs and requests.
