Joe Little, Laketec’s President and CEO since November 2023 has history with Laketec that runs deep. Raised in the family business, Joe started working at Laketec at just seven years old, spending summers and spring breaks learning the business from the ground up. After joining full-time in 2007, he steadily advanced through the organization, gaining hands-on experience across every area of the company. Now as President and CEO, Joe is committed to shaping a future defined by curiosity, connection, and commitment, while living out Laketec’s core values and guiding the team toward meaningful impact and continued opportunity.
