As Laketec’s Director of Service, Ben has been a cornerstone of the team since 2008. Starting as a lead technical resource, he quickly stood out for his ability to translate complex technologies into clear, practical solutions. Today, he leads the service organization and manages manufacturer partnerships, ensuring Laketec delivers best-of-breed solutions with reliable, high-quality support.
